a 12 hotdog pack of hot dogs a pint of haagen dazs, a few yoplait yogurts, some double cheesburgers from mcd's and some waffles loaded with butter and syrup all before workout. this is around 6000 calories or so just for pre workout. and later at night ill have another workout and eat about the same amount before workout so im getting around 12000 calories a day. its funny cause im not getting fat, but even in the past when i have dieting at 800-1300 calories or so very low cals ive been at the same bodyfat its weird
it takes a while for you to see the fat storage effects of eating (although you can get bloated with water pretty fast.
for you DW I would recommend a long diet. You have pretty low subcutaneous BF levels but you are carrying a lot of visceral fat. That's what's giving you the wide waist. Trust me, bring down the waist and your overall illusion will be much better.
You have to have faith, as it takes a while for the intra abdominal fat to melt away. It's always the last to go.
