I dont know if that was a shot but I'm natty if thats what your implying..also ive got no beef with you you did a great job but i still think you could have come in thicker and bigger in the same condition if done right..

You are wrong about me being able to come in thicker and bigger. I DID COME IN THICKER AND BIGGER than previous.

Because, I have dieted all the way down 3 times in a row now. And I am at my biggest this year and leanest I might add. Last year I was a little under this weight and not as lean.

listen ta bb is easy eating easy its the way you eat through out the year leading up to the diet fase, thats the important part you have to eat big but as clean as possible in order to put on good muscle its the guys who eat wrong that pack on to much fat then when they diet there like what the hell why am i so small..because the packed on fat not muscle..hey you looked good man great conditioning all im saying is you were way to small..
let me ask you how big were your arms at your heavyest and how big were they for the mr get big be honest..

thanks hey the guy did turn himself around i gotta give him that but he could have been bigger and still lean but he obviously thinks he knows it all..

It was to make a point if you have lets say 18 inch arms and you diet down and when you walk on stage and your arms are 15inch then low and behold most of you body was made up of too much fat...it holds true for your whole body

the basic things will always hold true in bb more so if your natty eat clean have your cheat foods but clean food clean muscle and the more muscle you will retain when you diet for a show..
