Look at sammy when he layed off or the 1st basemen from NY Yanks. Giambi the guy couldnt hit worth shit for a while off the gear. yeah he got his swing back but not as dangerous as when he was on gear.. baseball is a killer sport on rotater cuffs and shoulder injuries.
