I heard Ron was a champion bodybuilder in his youth. There's rumors of him having been in a coma for several weeks after his kidneys shut down from tons of gear use. Quite honestly, he's lucky to be alive after going through such a hardship and I'm glad he made it through! I hope those transplant kidneys have been holding up strong!!

unless there is some kind of injury or medical matter, then its understandable.

but in any case, Ron still runs the best website on the earth so lets try to keep him happy :)

hahah - that is funny. However -
1) Don't need an alarm. Baby or little todller wakes up between 5:30-6:30am. No rolling in bed at this time.
2) After waking up, taking care of things, feeding, cleaning teeth, making sure all is right, there is no time for bacon anything. I don't like bacon at all. Need Orange Chicken though.
3) We don't even have any butter in the house.
4) Hmm... magic sticks only work if you work out.
5) Will try to be in better shape again by the Ironman here in Pasadena.

Ron!  Good news....  I just talked to DeMillia, and he says he's willing to consider a PDI sanction for the Avidan Classic!   Rhino is starting his diet now, as he really thinks he has a good shot at taking "the Ron" this year.  ;D

Backday;  Do you train legs?  If you do you should think about a double split, doing legs twice a week.  1 session go heavy, 1 go for reps.  If you leg's responded like your upper body, than you'd probably win.  That's the only glaring weakness I see. The rest looks good.
Man I train them hard be sure, every week I have trouble walking 2 or 3 days after the quad-day; they just don`t respond as the upper body.
Just now I`m doing quads one day and deads and hams another day, if this does not work I`ll
try hitting the quads 2/week and see what happens ???

hey back day, I hope that you eased back on the cardio.  If I recall you were doing like 2 sessions per day.

yeah man that was in the beginning of the diet it is much less now.I`ve got back
some size in my legs now, but the upper body grows like weed maybe I have to easy up
a lil on the back and chest :-\

Wheather you realize it or not, you are one of the greatest contributors to the sport!! You facilatate the exchange of ideas and communication among fans of the sport which in turn makes it grow!!If you wish not to have the Classic in your name, then I will respectfully stop naming it. However, I cant think of anyone who can represent people like myself who are just fans.
