that looks like a neoprene elbow wrap. i guess it helps to take pressure off the elbow?? lee's elbow was probably just pissing him off that day.

Yeah it was actually one for the leg as the arm one didnt fit  just helped to keep the heat it there..

I have a pain right here. I've had it for over six months. I can still train but I need much longer warmup. BY THE WAY I GOT THAT PIC ONLINE. NOT MY ARM. How you get rid of that?

No mine was on the tip of my elbow....just try work around it dont do anything that really aggrovates it

Medial epicondylitis. Conservative Rx. At most deltasone injection. Be better in no time. DOC Lift, fuck, make money

Does Deltasone come as an injectible, too? I thought it was oral only. I know that cortisone shots are often given for tendonitis. I received cortisone injections plus dexamethasone via iontophoresis treatments for my elbows. They "worked" for about a week or two before the pain returned. Ultimately, rest and intelligent training saw my elbows heal.
