Saw him at the 93 Olympia after the pec tear and couldnt believe my eyes!!  How in the world could someone recover so fast. Unreal.

i trained with kev at his gym in millersville, md before he retired and moved to hollywood. without a doubt he along with flex wheeler had the best genetics in the sport. kev would not touch a weight four 8-9 months. would get down to about 225lbs. he would start training for the olympia in june-july. 3 weeks later, big kev would be 260 big, hard, and ripped

I will always remember the 91 Nationals when the biggest hardest freak I had ever seen in our gym at the time, got waxed by Levrone.  He never competed after that experience.  He said screw turning pro.....
