I've read a couple of articles by ellington Darden about this experiment, one details caseys thigh workout and his tri workout, it sounds brutal. I could never move the kind of weight he's moving...but then again, I've never been trained by arthur jones and gottne paid for the amount of muscle I put on in a certain amount of time. I don't know how effective this type of training really is cause I've never done it at that intesity level but if you can read this stuff and not get fired up..well, you might be dead.
