this why i always recomend you to work the whole body as much as you work your arms. this is the prime example of a living walking thomas prince. off hormones = 170lb. what you see in the pictures here is a blub/bubble.. that with out hormones will lose close to 50lb in a record time! ,,should quit training arms for a while and work on rest of the body,, otherwise will place very poorly in any pro competition entered.
