depends on what kind of ground beef,, there are many.. I like the lean ones.. or extra lean ones if I am to eat beef during my career I always liked the lean ones,, I also like many other types of meat much better.. like buffalo aka bison which is much much much! better for bodybuild and in general,,

if you talk about cheap ass ground beef.. then steak is always better.. but do you think I wil eat some cheap ass ground beef? even in the junk food I giv ethem hell to do it like I want,, I actualy step in there in past to show them how to do it.. in the damn junk food places I used to eat I went into the damn kitchen im not kidding and showed them how I want my burger drained and sqoooooshed corecly,,
