why do you ask howard???
Ok at the risk of sounding even more retarded I'm gonna be serious on this one.
I a lot of guys love the idea that this former pro guru of mystery gives out secret insider drug advice.
I'm sure many of think he is giving you the real deal and you feel privy to the real info.
I seriously doubt too many have even tried any of the actual drug regimes laid out by GH15.
I suspect it is all gossip and rumor based on "SOME GUY" you know that did it.
The reality is most of the guys here ( NOT all of course) rarely go to contests.
Most will never compete in an actual contest or judge one.
Every time I attend a major contest , there are plenty of guys walking around that are juiced , trained but rarely compete.
They have this attitude that they know all the "real answers" on how bodybuilding really works and how it is all drugs, etc.
The ironic thing is these types never win the contest or even enter it. They never become an official part of the event in any capacity.
They all have the answers on how it works but never seem to actually DO IT!
These hardcore renegade types that exist outside the official part of bodybuilding live in their own world and it isn't reality.
It is fine to be a fan and enjoy working out. That is all I do now.
But to be delusional enough to think you really know the inside info on how it all works is silly.
I have no idea who or what GH15 is and don't really care.
I do know he taps into some inner need many of you have .
For whatever reason(s) many on the forums really want or need to believe bodybuilding is all about drugs.
I have been involved with bodybuilding for over 30 yrs, from judging to being on stage myself and even promoted shows.
Drugs have always been a part of it for the best guys, no question. BUT you can make a lot better gains with just hard work and good food then most of you would ever believe.
There are plenty of guys out there on as many or more drugs then the top guys on the Olympia stage. They don't make it because like any other sport they simply lack the basic talent to be a top pro.
That's the basic truth folks and it sucks to be the 99.99% that just don't have "it". I'm no different and know how it feels.
I was pretty bummed out when I finally realized I didn't have what it takes to be a top pro.
I'm talking truth and reality here, not selling some BS drug hype on getbig.
