The only shitty thing though is even vets and mods give out the wrong advices. I can't count how many times they told me 8 weeks on, 4 weeks of nolva, chicken and broccoli, lift hard and take a multi.

I was a naive fuck with the best of intentions and baked a tray of chicken breasts every other day for a few solid years.
