Yes the whole point of Kigs was to be able to eat whatever you want. it offcourse depends on the goal.

As we all remember anyone can get down to 7-8% with tren and offcourse with good kigs. I DID that.

But when you want to get lower then 7% you will always need to have a good and strict diet.

I love to go all the way and get really in shape and for this I have to get a smart nutritional plan.

If you want to look like the right pic and still think you can eat pizza every evening, you CAN.....but on 1,4grams of tren, 1gram of EQ, 500mg's masteron, 150mg's Anadrol and 120mcg t3 a day.

I was doing 75mg's tren, 50mg's mast and 20test prop a day. Training 2hrs a WEEK and 2hrs cardio per WEEK.

Peanuts dosages and effort involved for someone 6.3 and 220pounds at 5-5,5%bf. Was walking like this all day and night.

And THAT solely is the work if good old kigs.
