I didn't say I learned NOTHING from gh15 either. Couple small changes I made diet wise and AAS, made a huge difference. I like allot of the members there, no issues. Daren how do you feel about calling another dude "LOJ"? Lion of fucking Judah HAR! C'mon man, he's calling fda gh "balonie"! It's cool though you can attack me, talk about how AMD's arms are tiny. Yeah the kid who's 225 with abs with the "tiny" arms. Let me clue you in, not even wants to be pro size. Some people restrict their doses and don't need 200mgs of tren and "wonderkigs" to get to the side they want

For those of you who are still unaware of this, g h 15.org has TONS of members that are competitive bodybuilders.

G H 15 left getbig with NO REAL BODYBUILDERS!

No wait, I do take that back. You do still have the two in Bob Cicherillo and Steve Namat, but even they don't waste their time writing a single, damn word on this site...why? Because everyone is at g h 15.org!

The g h 15 board is the biggest in all of bodybuilding nowadays. And remember...it is a Private board.

This means that we have tons of members with no gimmicks. Do you all really understand the magnitude of this? Or is this impact lost on your infantile minds?

I'm thinking it's the latter...

Clean diet, lots of supplements (Pre-workouts, aminos, creatine, protein shakes, etc... gotta love em! yeah, look at those gains!!), and lots of training - few years ago. The second two photos are cell phone photos showing 2 different, more recent looks, post gh15 entering entering my life. The last 2 photos are 2 stage photos taken from my most recent comp, again, thanks gh15.
