No matter what anyone says about who gh15 and what his agenda is, that site had a wealth of NO BULLSHIT information all in one place which as far as I'm aware is not something that can be said about any other board. It also attracted more than a handful of extremely experienced and knowledgeable individuals. For an aspiring bodybuilder seeking information there is simply no comparison between getbig and gh15 and I would laugh at anyone arguing otherwise.

I don't know and ultimately nor do I really care whether gh15 the individual has an agenda; but there is no other board which has such a high concentration of quality information and quality members meaning that its demise has left a hole which is yet to be filled.

Krank knows nothing about hypertrophy. Most guys don't know how to make muscles grow rapidly except via drugs. Since they believe they need drugs they gave up looking for natural ways to get big. Since I gave up anabolics a long time ago I have persisted and finally found a way that generates rapid hypertrophy.
