Yes, everyone has experience and what we find is that gains diminish after a while then growth slows or stops altogether. This lack of growth is almost universal. However, if you are doing maximum hypertrophy training then growth should be continuous. Target a muscle for a month then do something else but train arms, say, once a week to maintain the gained size.
What I am saying is that if you are training hard and not growing then you aren't doing something right. Or you are at your peak size. Most people here think they know what to do. Heck, they are all self proclaimed experts! The sad truth is that few naturals know about maximum hypertrophy training. I really don't want to discuss training on the Internet with the flotsam. I don't need the nasty responses and most are totally incapable of absorbing or even comprehending anything new.
OK I am not a bully or do not want to be mean but fuck bro, you really need a reality check so here goes...
You do not have muscles, they are small, very small, in fact you can walk down the street and people do not even know that you lift. Not crapping on you just the harsh reality, furthermore you have never been ripped ever, barely had abs at your best and were still a tiny dude with very little muscle, how are you going to be an authority on hypertrophy when you have small muscles, who is going to listen to you when you have a crap physique in comparison to even a bodybuilder who wins a local show.
As for self proclamation, you are the self proclaimed guru who can not demonstrate a physique who bodybuilders want to achieve nor have produced such a physique in any one else, talk is cheap as fuck and you can say ''gain this and gain that'' with your info, but the reality is that you do not walk the walk or have ever.
No disrespect but this is getbig bro
