I don't know if he was behind Oxide or not. Can't remember what happened to EM as well. I heard the rumors but I don't think he was pillowtalk. I think whomever pt was, he was smart and fucked right off. There were a lot of people who wanted to bring him down. If the rumors were true, he was smart for disappearing.

I've seen so many fuckers pop up and disappear it's hard to keep track of them. Just like the gimmicks here, sometimes you can easily identify their new handles/avatars. They're normally quick to get called out, but it doesn't take much to close up shop, change a few things around and relaunch under a different label. Again, that's why it's critical to have a solid open discussion board. So many snakes in the grass. I try finding a good source and ordering around 6 months of product at a time so I don't have to deal with the stress. Then I field things out in advance before I place another order. You never know if the greatest source in the game has turned scammer.

I've seen that tons too. But even if they come to the forums and complain, there's nothing anyone can do. They got scammed. Money's gone. Can't go to the illegal-drugs-police and file a report for that one.

Even though those people are naive, I do feel bad. It's like the kids who see the 6-page Muscletech ads where it shows how you'll increase muscle mass by 400% and then it says it's clinically proven and backed by solid evidence. On the surface, it really sounds plausible. But what they don't know is all the word twisting that they've done to print those claims. That's how I got scammed. bb.com and stuff really stoke the hype train and keep everything greased super well. If you read through the millions of posts from happy consumers, you wouldn't think those products are a scam. People are happy with their placebo products. That is, until they wise up and realize that they're just experience gains from newb gains and their unparalleled newbie eagerness and that it's just pissing money away.

Yes, he was a pharmacist and he was awesome. I sent him a message saying I heard he was scamming and that I was really pissed off, but mostly betrayed. He just said he was sorry. And then he was gone. bb.com had a post in the IFBB Pro forum confirming his death. I'll see if I can find it.

Well, he had people wiring money to him directly and to his wife. I sent a MoneyGram order to him personally, as well as tons of other members.

There was no suspicion of hacking outside of the first few days. So many people came out of the woodwork to say that he wasn't shipping out there orders too. And that's when everyone realized he was scamming them. People in Poland's bodybuilding scene also commented on it. It was a scam, not an imposter. People suspected that he ran into financial issues or maybe a substance abuse issue (he did work in a pharmacy after all). He refused proper medical treatment and died from something he shouldn't have. It was sad.

Although I'm pissed off, I still feel like he was a good guy. He went to great lengths answering my PMs for years. Everyone has their demons. And that's why I don't trust anyone online fully, because anyone could turn around and scam you. It's part of the game. Been ripped off so many times that it never surprises me.
