no. the posting everyday and to new heights started after dj announced his retirement on the 2010 mr o stage.

before this, some days he would not post. especially days leading upto and on the day of competition.

Why does everyone take GH15's non-drug-related statements as truth and fact?  Let's say he really is Dennis James, wouldn't it be the perfect cover to blast Phil Heath as GH15, but in reality he truly thinks and believes that Heath is a gifted bodybuilder?

Half the stuff he posts about Phil just doesn't make sense.  He's narrow, OK, but that's about it.  It seems the Phil-bashing is just a cover, a humorous one at that.  Anybody with a pair of eyes doesn't actually believe that Heath looks worse than Jay with his atrophied limbs and Kai with his 2nd trimester abomination.

aliens did build the pyramids. Even today they don't have machinery that is possible to lift some of the stones. Nor can they make a plan for any amount of jumans to lift it with any kind of leverage or anything. Its just ignorant to think we could make something so precise back than let alone lift it if we can't even today.

all the good stuff never gets much news press. Look up the pyramids on mars. And the moon. Did we build those to? There their for a reason. Maybe landing purposes or shrines or letting them know which planet is which or where.

for me, i dont care if he is a pro or not. the guy knows his shit- period. i used to be one of his biggest detractors a few years ago- i thought he was recklessly giving out advise that could hurt someone. then i realised what he's doing and why. i gotta admire that. no bullshit, no games just the truth. he cares about bbing, he has a passion for it. and he cares about the kids chasing pipe dreams sold by big supplement companies. i wish gh15 was around 20 years ago when i started this game.

whether you think hes a pro or not, or even if you dont like him, hes the best thing to happen to the online bbing community in a very long time and possibly to bodybuilding in this era in general.

all that being said, yeah i think he is who he says he is.

We all into muscle building so when he talk muscle truth, it registers/hits home quick due to some point in our lives realizing all the wasted time and money with muscle mag subscriptions and protein powders...    When he talks about varied subjects other than muscles, stuff we might not be into, we can easily call it bullshit....cause' who cares, "I'm not into no fuckin pyramids, AND History channel proved they did it with leverage over hundreds/thousands of years" running through the brain. 

When someone brings the truth, it's easier to follow down strange awkward paths we don't know so much about, as to not waste more time with protien powders, etc..( women/aliens/generation nothing, etc.)  DOESNT mean you follow blindly, still need to funnel through your critical thinking hat, but it can save much time.
