I never lifted for the chick appeal thing, I just liked banging iron around, loved the sound, love to sweat, loved to know I could do something 99% of the male population either couldn't or didn't have what it took inside to do it.
Living a bodybuilding lifestyle, being so regimented in your meals, drinking enough water, not missing workouts, just living the lifestyle, at least for me has made the rest of lifes problems rather small.
I've never been the type to wear tight spandex shirts to show off my muscles, trust me guy, girls can TELL that you are built even if you wear a long sleeve cotton dress shirt. Also leaving a tad to the females imagination makes them more interested and they think 'hey theres a guy thats not cocky about it'.
Then the first time they undress you, its like they are opening a christmas present. I can only think girls that see guys wearing a size medium when they need a size large, they have to actually laugh and think 'why not walk around topless if you are so insecure that you demand girls notice you lift weights.'
