you got that right, joker.  my wife' been bugging me for the last 18 months to buy... I kept telling her to wait, wait, wait.  I still think another 9 months and sellers will be fucking desperate to sell.  In my county, they expanded at a sick rate 5 years ago.  So good for buyers.

Did you really think the economy was going to stay this way forever? What goes up eventually comes down. We were told six months ago to wait about 11/2-2 years before buying!!

stop being a pessimistic worry wart, it's unhealthy.  gloomy economic doomsdayers are always wrong, especially wrong now.  the US economy is extremely strong.  and when/if the US does weaken economically, the EU, china, will all weaken alongside.

the slightest dip in anything economically and the lib's want to beat bush up some more.

the only thing sustaining our economy is borrowing for war.

you can say what you will, make your own analysis, or flip a coin.

but all the other nations in the world suddenly bailing on the US Dollar citing concerns over its strength in the coming year is a very very bad thing.  They don't just "change back".   I know it's easy to bury head in sand and say "all 25 of those major govts are wrong and my one feeling about it is right", and that's cool if you want to do it that way.
