Ha Ha!!!  Once you zoom in there's no lie nessesary.  Pictures are legit and people who have met me can vouch for my arm and leg size.  My training is more bodybuilding now but I built my foundation from powerlifting.

Anyone who has met me can vouch for my arm size.  I built it by simply doing heavy barbell curls on a straight bar and superset with a reverse barbell curl for the forearms.  Having large arms is actually not hard.  A lot of people make the mistake of not training their forearms.  When you train your forearms, it naturally builds up your biceps.


Now here's a 20in arm but at a very offseason weight. 

Vince, don't get me wrong but there is no way in the world that your arms measure 20 inches in that picture!
