Who the mostly helped with bodybuilding as you were young?
You have to have excellent genetics :D

I know  that are big fan Arnold- put the sometimes some counsel as to bodybuilding?

JUST MYSELF TRIAL AND ERROR..JUST READ MAGAZINES AND WATCHED OTHERS IN GYM.
