Yeah, its a meltdown...now put down the Slurppy FATBOY, back away from the computer, and get to the gym!
yeah i need to get to the gym so i can get HUGE like you.
1000 would drive Ronnie into the ground gauranteed.
it probably would... but i do see your point... randomness???... what about the brooklyn bridge?.... u think that ronnie has a 40' waist with his belt on?
First, Kirk K. is an animal in the squat. Second, Ronnie was/is a tremendous squatter in his own right and I think he would be good for somewhere in the high 800s to 900 range for a couple if he trained specifically for it using a supersuit and wraps as he did in his video.
Hey guys, lets not turn this into ronnie a bashing thread.Ronnie was sub 10% BF when he did this squats, he also had a suit on. This guys trains for this, and looks around 20%+ BFboth men are strong as hell, they just train for different things
hahahahaha, he wasn't "sub 10% BF" when he did that, he was offseason and fat, you're probably the kind of jackass who believes Ronnie when he says that he's NEVER been above 4 percent bodyfat.
People mistake his vascularity for low BF %.
it's ridiculous actually, kinda makes Ronnie Coleman pale in comparison.
You are the stupidest ass on the net, not the most stalked. Go back to posting as TA you choad.
The more you post, the more I realize I need to ignore your posts.
In the offseason, he's gonna go above 6% BF. It's natural for the body to rebound after a diet. Distention isn't fat, it's an alien growing.
hahaha! aw look the scaried cat is posting under Darth
Sarc, I am looking at the video now.at the 66 minute marker (CD1) of the cost of redemption Ronnie does 745lbvisually he looks around 10%+- BF. on stage they are probably around 3%+ BF
I clicked on this expecting one of those shallow powerlifting squats that pass in many meets. I was impressed how deep that was. He was using a squat Inzer suit but it was really impressive. Maybe he's good for 900lbs without the suit? Still it was a very deep power lifting squat. If I took 1000lbs off the rack my spine would break.
