Thinking of switching it up a little..........#1 my legs are sore as hell from excess cardio and PROP....lol....so I was thinking of a good superset with hammys like:
laying curl (10-12 reps) then
no lock str8 leg deads (6-8)
then hypers (20-25) reps....complete each at 60 seconds rest between then 2 mintes between each of 3 sets........
str8 bar curl (8-10)
standing cable curl (6-8)
and then seated dbell curl (10-12)
3 sets same protocol
finish with abbductor, adductor and calves......thoughts?
