the ipf either needs to ban all equipment and go straight raw or go away. you can't have your cake and eat it too with this bullshit "well sure we allow equipment but we don't allow as much so that makes us better" attitude.

more support is gonna be more $ generally. an inzer blast is $30 or so, a metal bash i think is over $200. denims are usually $120-175.

Is there any safety benefit in a lighter weight shirt? For example if someone has shoulder problems and was not into power lifting just recreational lifting to stay in shape, would a very light shirt help them to do pressing movements by supporting the shoulder girdle? Or would the shirt basically eliminate the benefit of doing the pressing movements?

I've heard that Rylachk (sp) can't even lower the bar to his chest UNLESS it holds 600 pounds, hahhaa...what a joke.  RAW...go back to raw benching and we will all realise that the raw bench hasn't moved too much since KAZ did in the 600's 25 or more years ago.

Yeah I think his bench #'s are shit, who the fucks cares what you bench if you have a BP shirt on with a 40+ inch waist. I was talking to a dude at my gym about it the other day, funny thing is Gene's brother lifts at my gym, he looks kinda strange, he wears allot of flannel and baggy old sweat pants sometimes with big ass snow boats on.
