phil and tony are both being placed much higher than they should be. tony has a bad pec tear, and phil needs to gain 20 lbs before he'll crack the top 6 at a big show.
You are the only person talking about the 5 year repaired pec tear. - He has filled his out frame and with a 7th place finish at the biggest show on his first appearance - He is placing just where he should. Phil is young and a Monster and good marketing . He will place ahead of complaining and inconsistent , athletes with poor conditioning. TRUE STORY

Sorry to say, the only way to beat the current champ is, if the champ shows up OFF. As much as I hate to admit it, Dexter is very consistent, he was a little off @ the O, but, he won't make the same mistake twice.

Sorry to break it to you but Dex isn't as good as you think, he has to show up in is trademark conditioning otherwise he has nothing, Cormier will make a surprise appearance and win, I know it

Dex is extremely consistant. In every show I've seen him, he looks virtually the same. His quads could be more ripped, he could be bigger (which is his downfall), and he looks pretty average on the front double bi, but overall he comes in hard and dry with a tiny waist, so you can't ask for much more conditioning and symmetry wise.

So he is smaller? That is great news, he probably bought some new training tips with the Xman's money from the Olympia - Very True Story !Every year - someone is coming in the best shape possible and we are going to see something new- and how we are going to be shocked - Well the only thing I am shocked is that all the wishing and wanting is not going to stop VIC/Xman from stomping on everyone .... Buy tickets because I do not want people crying and saying it was fixed ! yeah yeah you know it ...............TRUE STORY

Thats a bold prediction Isaac... If you take Victor's look at the 06 Olympia against Phil as you expect him to come to the Arnold, who wins?

Victor's conditioning is a big "IF"... IF Victor comes in conditioned I'd have to give the nod to Victor, however Vic has yet to be consistent with his conditioning. Seeing Phil the way he looked yesterday and was flat, he will beat Dexter. His legs are better than Dex's. Hamstrings have improved as have his calves. His back is bigger and wider then it has and the only areas I have Dex beating Phil is delts and rear lat spread.
Overall package - Heath will be victorious. Victor will need to come in crazy condition to or he will look fat next to Heath.

His back is bigger than whose back ? His own last year ? GREAT job - Calves - oh boy Dexter's weak point. Delts? We know the two guys who have that going on. I agree the "IF " is there ... But the "X" will be the overall package to mix the coolaid up this year - LIft - you need to sit with me ... We have a real show on our hands - Poor Dexter - looking like 4th again - but that is not too bad - I say he will only train 3 weeks for this show - what do you think? Since his 5 week program was good enough for 4th at the O. The 72 week program "X" is on should do pretty good.... "Hell - special invite Silvia and watch the faces really frown up - ahhahahahaha- FUNNY TRUE STORY Congrats to Phil Heath - Blasting in too 2007 at the "A" and got people shaking in their boots Hey Judges - Great job in 2006 but this year spilit the classes. HEART FELT STORY

Caught up with The Gift again during his workout as FLEX magazine was interviewing and shooting him.
The vets will have their hands full with this youngster.
(Yes his own back J ) All the dude can do is keep getting better and he is - you'll see it next week.
Plain sic!

Dex and Vic....
We know you read these threads. Dont mess up so we can put an end to this.
Arnold should be a good show.
1. Vic 2. Dex 3. Phil - Probably has improved....but I'd go with the mature muscle heads. No Darrem, I do all the $10K for an extra dollar and burnout, this time around.
