Also - many of you would believe that "drugs" are what make champions failing to realize that dedication, discipline and hard work CAN create physiques of this caliber.

Certainly, I am so very proud of accomplishments of two of my now close friends - Liaw Teck Leong and Sazali Samad...

They came to me at the end of July and their progress was spectacular in short 4 months - utilizing only high intensity workouts I am known for coupled with precise diet and specific SUPPLEMENTATION.
While most of the people make fun of my PRE-DURING and POST workout shakes - few of the athletes that follow my advice have more than spectacular results...

While in case of some IFBB pros - fans would "blame" pharmaceuticals for astonishing results and incredible improvements my athletes would record in very short period of time - in case of my two Malaysian friends ONE THING IS CERTAIN: they are drug free - and their progress was NOT due to pharmaceuticals...But, some of you don't even believe that protein is truly needed for growth...anyway...

you might be able to re-create physiques of that caliber without drug...if you had the mass to begin with.   or do you claim that your friends are life-time drug free?

That is exactly what I claim...
Now - certainly - I do not live with them for the last 40 years to make claims that I am 100% unconditionally positive that at no part of their life they indeed chose to use SOME (ANY?!) KIND of "bb Rx" enhancements...but their word is GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME.

Considering many things involved in their preparation for the Asian Games (being held every 4 years and being of major importance to the governments of participating countries) - I am certain that they didn't use ANYTHING that could be considered bb "enhancement drug" since I've met them back in July (and if you meet these two gentelmen - I believe you would also believe everything else they would tell you).
I am saying this with the confidence as both of them are just wonderful human beings and I just would not doubt ANYTHING they will ever tell me...

Hi Milos,
Can you post the comparison pics between Singapore's Chua Ling Fung and your Malaysia's trainee. A lot of people have lots of comments on that one.

does he go by another name?   I should have him in the database if he's been in an international competition.  I have Shu Chia Hao, and Hsu Chung Huang, both from Taiwan

It's like your Liaw Teck Leong has sometimes been reported as Lian Lgo.
