Need more personal info to give the right balance of macro-nutrients. But if she is like most of the population and does not eat breakfast, or has her first meal at lunch, just increase her meal frequency with protein in each meal, watch the sugar, get some vegies and good fats and that will kick her into gear.Then will you crack one off to her when she gets leaner? jk....
