I was waiting for the infamous " cracking one off" to help her lose weight...but I guess not.

I predict a pretty easy answer here like, "Eat clean in a slight caloric deficit, drink lots of water, and excercise daily."

What's she doing now Karl?

What's she doing DIET-WISE, I mean.

Need more personal info to give the right balance of macro-nutrients.

But if she is like most of the population and does not eat breakfast, or has her first meal at lunch, just increase her meal frequency with protein in each meal, watch the sugar, get some vegies and good fats and that will kick her into gear.

Then will you crack one off to her when she gets leaner?  ;D jk....
