a 5'9" female, 150 pounds, trying to GAIN weight

the cardio machine shuts off after one hour, and you turn it back on

scarfing down plain chicken or tuna in your car on the run

asking your average Joe at the gym if you can work in with him on bench, and ADDING weight

anyone else...?

actually bleeding from your nose while doing legs and leaving a big wad of gooey blood by the squat rack..


although..in all honesty..all this ws 6 or 7 yrs ago..

i just re started training..

How about this one, doing a 6 hour bicep and tricep workout because you read in a mag that it might cause muscle hyperplasia.... which I don't think happened lol

How about this one, doing a 6 hour bicep and tricep workout because you read in a mag that it might cause muscle hyperplasia.... which I don't think happened lol

IGF 1 has been shown to cause muscle hyperplesia in vitro.....
