Are we so sure Ruhl is doing theAC?
I see him sometimes training in his own gym (near Frankfurt/Germany), and i`m very sure that he will compete at the arnolds, and be better than at the last Mr. Olympia. I`ll don`t predict a placing of Markus, because he is a competitor that people "like" or "dislike". He and Toney Freeman will be the most muscled guys on stage, "no question about that". |

Trained with philio this past week and he was in peak condition already. Looking bigger and more diced than i've ever seen him. He has his head straight and he is completely focused. Phil is the true freak, a genetic marvel. Nobody really understands where he came from and unless you saw it, you wouldn't believe it. There is no possible way phil will place out of the top 5, just based on his genetics alone.
Good luck to the GH freaks, with your giant sized melons. The true genetic freak is gonna show people what real bodybuilding is all about. To those out there trolling the forums, 99% of you don't have the genetics to do anything in the sport so just save your bodies and move on.

Saw Branch last week, and he is definitely not one to be left out. His conditioning is better than it was at this time last year. He has worked to tighten his midsection, and his serratus are sic, for someone with that much muscle. He will be bringing all that BEEF, with that crazy grainy conditioning!!! Noone will come close to his wheels, and he continues to bring up his upper body!!!

Going to be an interesting show now that the newer generation is at hand.Don't have any favorite bb'er but I can see Heath taking this show.He's made big improvements in overall size from the last pics seen posted here & I think that will impress the judges, ... if he gets his conditioning spot on.If not i'm going for Freeman myself.Height w/an X frame & size to match ='s Winner!
