he looks fine. he just needs to start working back, traps, calves, chest, thighs, and forearms. a little more triceps work wouldn't hurt either, maybe some extra emphasis on his shoulders. other than that he's doing great.

see this is what i mean when i say adonis looks much different when put in more normal lighting. even that's heavily shaded and pretty dim (think kamali's famous kitchen photos). he's a far cry from even the appearance of his black-background mr getbig.

now let's not be unfair, he looks good. lean, fairly well separated, and truth be told his quads are well defined. but he's still a damn beanpole and the fact that anyone is listening to anything this guy says is just embarrassing.

let's compare him to layne norton. here's him compared to layne 5 weeks out of a contest, using SUNLIGHT, back in 2004 (scaled as though they were the same height). both are lifetime naturals, who would YOU listen to?
