Granted she's a nice looking woman, but on the competitive stage, she would not be taking home a trophy. I don't expect most men to find me attractive at 160lbs and 7% bodyfat for shows. It takes a man that is really comfortable with himself to accept that as sexy.
So I see as "in shape" to be more muscle, less fat, and a pretty face...

that "pretty face" part usually, not always but usually, escapes alot of competitive women BB's. that is my biggest complaint, if they maintained muscle mass with oout looking like Ronnie Coleman, and they have a cute face, nothing wrong with that. however if they look like RC and have his face too, then I don't want to poke anywhere on that. it's got nothing to do with being secure in my manhood, it has to do with attraction.

I do not believe anyone here has stated that they thought Jessie Biel would do well on the competitive fitness stages of today.
