i forget where i read it but it was something written by him he used durabol only 100mg to 200 mg a week thats less then taking alot of pro steroid supplements

To me some of those guys just look stringy. Naturals don't look very good that ripped.

none of those guys presented in the pics are true naturals,,

they may compete clean,,they may be off aas for a year or 2 or 4 ,,,they may be clean now and only done it in the past when the "stage" was their local gym and the local people in their town when competition wasnt an interest for them.

those guys have used growth peptides,,clenbuterol,,cytomel,,effedra,,they still most likely using those products,,the igf and gh are UNDETECTABLE and used by every bodybuilder especialy now when igf is 30$ per 1000mcg for the source and they sell it to you for 80-100$. not to forget IGF IS LEGAL FOR RESEARCH and better than any aas for transforming physiqe.

in addition each and every one of those builders have used aas as in winstrol,,var,,m1t and any tab they could lay their hands on,,i suspect water based hormones too (suspension/winstrol) and most likley fina since it can bought in pellets and made by yourself without the risk of getting cought,,it also leaves the system fast and you can always hide it well and say its for your cow

The problem with someone being "natural" today is that you just have to take their word for it. If someone is not a mass monster it becomes easy for those who want to believe it is possible to believe them if they claim they are clean irrespective of their actual status. I don't know any of the guys pictured in this thread and have no idea of they use or not so I have no comment on them.

Bottom line, many of those who claim to be clean are far from it.

Everyone wants the easy way out, which is why lazy asses like most on these forums turn to drugs to get cut rather than just doing the damn cardio and eating like they should.

Bodybuilders embrace apathy for the most part. It's sad but true. It's only natural (pun intended), though. It's human nature. 99% of people who workout never put in the effort and sacrifice neccessary to get where they want to go.

You can get shredded naturally through hard work and discipline.The difficult thing is maintaining muscle whilst dieting and building size in the first place.IMO condition is achievable size and symmetry are genetic-well for naturals anyway.

Perfectly stated except that you can't get "cut" by using drugs. No such thing. You can be somewhat lean but you cannot get SHREDDED without busting your ass or dieting correctly.

I got my most ripped and dry ever while 100% natural and NO diurectics for 8 years. With stuff I got ripped AND held muscle. Without it I was able to get shredded but lost lots of muscle in the process. The next time out I sacraficed some conditioning and held onto some size and won.
