He could have had both if he had made the report.  Making the allegations now in the divorce makes it look like a ploy to get custody.  You know?  I would fight her on alimony every step of the way.  I would give her the bare ass minimum.  She shouldn't get anything to fulfill a lavish lifestyle, just to survive and he should get the kids because he can better provide for them monetarily but that's not how the US works.

Gee golly gosh, Ray McNeil abused his wife Sally McNeil; but then Sally GOT EVEN by abusing Ray in return...permanently...R .I.P. Ray!!

Yeah...uhhh...BUT, I guess a lot of us guys could tell plenty of "war stories" of abuse we received at the hands of our EX-wives!!

I sure can...like the time my "ex-wife-to-be" "abused me" by wanted to meet MY attorney (who was to represent me in our upcoming diviorce)...she did, and then seduced him and turned him against me!
