on na i dont know how to make my pic a avatar. Thanks for the comps. I got a long way to go. Im 24 and a life time natty. So i got years to build the body i want.

You need to lose about 30-40 lbs fat body.

Thanks Squadfather. I was at the gym yesterday and i saw a "trainer" and i thought "squadfather would love to see this guy" Check it out...Dude was about 5'7 with 13inch arms with his small shirt rolled up...but check it...he had the barbed wire tat around the arm. So while he was spotting his client i kept walking by him with my tank on and my monster tribal on my left arm. I would slow down when near him so he can get a glimpse of the total body owning in the mirror...so what does the guy do after 3 of these moments...he takes his client to a different bench to do the same exercise.. he should retire

I do believe u might be natural Adonis but ur single minded and blind arguements that some of the so called "naturals" u post where actually natural, that clearly had gyno, bothers me and calls into question ur credibility

especially since u refuse to answer the points on the thread about that guy with gyno being natural when its clear he is not

Im all about honor, respect and Old World Values---so i must call u out on this

Mine were taken at the o when i was 250...i am now 230 and still pretty full. I look bigger though. Ill take some pics tonight and post tommorrow

I just know my time frame...if i cut too fast ill be flat as hell. So i go for about 1.5 lbs per week.

Yeah were cool...shit i called myself fat. look at my pie face...but seriously...TA..you ovbiously have the disicpline of a monk, you shouldnt diet so drastically you loose too much hard earned muscle and since were natural its harder to come by.

He could go lower, sure. But he might lose some muscle along the way (which his legs can't afford). One thing Adnonis didn't have are the extremities that define a truly ripped physique. Looked good nonetheless.
