are all these abused?  high?  what are the effects?  addictive?

Depends on the person.  I used Nubain off and on for about 3 years.  There were no cold swaets, shakes and other stuff when it was gone.  Did I like it, yes.  It was a nice buzz and when combined with clen, I got a great workout.  I also was able to do cardio for an hour and it was not that bad.  Did it "mask the pain" as so man y people say, no.  I assume if you use 2-3 cc's it would, but i'd use 10-15 iu's 3 times a day.

the only thing I could see a bodybuilder using xanax for is if they're on some serious stimulants for fat burning and can't fall asleep. All it's good for is going to sleep or causing blackouts if you drink with it.

I had two friends drink themselves to death after taking a bunch of zanax back in college...they had been taking it for a while and they finally went overboard. you don't realize what you are doing once that stuff kicks in with alcohol.

one time i took it and drank a few beers, the next morning i woke up in a horrible haze to find an empty bottle of wine, a bunch of empty beer cans(a brand i never drink) and taco cabana puke all over my bathroom floor. i don't remember ANY of it...none of that stuff was at my place, i had blacked out and drove to the store and bought booze and food with no coherence at all. what if i had killed someone? i could have and had no idea.

it's obvious that these drugs are horrible for you and that they ruin many peoples lives. why don't you understand?

because I have a TON of bodybuilding friends that abuse on regular basis and want to know why and what exactly they are feeling....I've done vic and oxy...no denying.....but not anytime recently and won't again......

Curious to nubain......is it in the vein?

Valium is a synthetic replicant of VALERIAN ROOT, the latter which
you can buy over the counter at any health food store. Combined with a few
capsules of kava-kava, a couple grams of L Tryptophan, and chased
with a shot of rye, and you'll think you visited an opium den.  TIP: Do it
on an empty stomach to double the effects.   

Where are you getting L-Tryptophan? Maybe I shouldn't bother asking that...
Unlike the rest of the stuff you mention, you can't buy that over the counter.

Lugar, what are you trying to do to yourself, man? Looking for a way to get high somehow? Valerian root is good for some for sleeping or if you have anxiety issues. No need to waste your money unless that applies to you.

Kava kava or a calcium-magnesium-zinc are over the counter remedies that may work.

Xanax would probably be helpful, but hopefully you don't have an addictive personality. And if you fuck with it, you really shouldn't be drinking or mixing it with other drugs like some others are stating here.

It won't get you high, very mildly relaxing and sedating.

I'm beating the demons with therapy and currently loving it.....just need something for anxiety when I start to get a little anxious.....I got some kava, l-typnophan and root last night.......maybe I didn't take enough, just made me incredibly sleepy......like turkey on turkey day.....trouble sleeping = L TRYPNOPHAN!
