Great improvements and condition for 5 weeks out Luke, really hope you nail an Olympia qualification.

This 2nd side chest is much better than the one above due to the angle, shows balance throughout and much improved fuller chest . Great back detail and thickness, however the judges wont see the great upper back if you lean too far forward.

Are you exhaling on the side tri/ab shots?

Just my opinion Luke, Im just a fellow Aussie trying to help. Look much improved overall

My name is Mike.  I've been bodybuilding for 1 week, I"m 5'9 and weigh 140 pounds but I know alot more than you about bodybuilding.   Tongue  YOu need to flex tigheter on your side chest and you really have a lot of flab around your lower back.  Also your quads are really tiny- you bettter work to bring those up.   Just an American fan trying to help you out.  Roll Eyes

Kidding or course Luke.  YOu look awesome.  That lower back is rediculous!!!

do you think its enough to work a muscle once a week?

what is your maximum bench, squat, deadlif?

what rep range to you use most of the time?

do you use same volume on all bodyparts?

YES TRAINING ONE BODYPART PER WEEK IS FINE PROVIDING TO HIT IT HARD ENOUGH. IF YOU HAVE A WEEK BODYPART THAN I WILL TRAIN THAT 2 TIMES PER WEEK

BENCH PRESS 495LBS FOR 4 REPS WITH SPOT
SQUAT 635LBS FOR 6 REPS
DEADLIFT 665LBS FOR 2 REPS

MY REP RANGE IS 10-12 REPS. 15 REPS FOR QUADS

The only thing that seems to be holding you back from going to or winning an O is genetics (and dialing it in on contest day) otherwise from what I have heard you have an awesome work ethic and strict diet all year round. You should steal Jurassic Paul's or Flex Wheeler's wasted genetics and then you would be the best in the world. Dial it in this spring for the shows and you should def have a shot a qualifying for the big one.
