Looking good Luke.. Your chest has come on tremendously. Did you work on that as a priority for this year because your shoulders dont seem to overpower your pecs in those pics.?

Yes i did make it a priority. Ive been training chest 2 times a week and im very happy with the improvements.

What the fizuk..i try to train chest 2 times per week but either my tris dont recover in time or i my chest still hurts. But its usually my tris.

So you should be, your balance has greatly improved because of it. Best of luck in the Ironman. Your conditioning, as always, wont be a problem  Smiley
