he probably exaggerates his upper body claims a bit because that's where his strength lags. oh and no one here can tell me his rows were any worse than ronnie's in cost of redemption. both were comically bad. throw in dorian's in blood and guts while we're at it. and yet, those three guys have some seriously thick backs.
You think Dorian's rows were bad? They were almost perfect IMO. I mean not much momentum.

i beleive jonnie's best lifts in the WPO were 540 bench, 815 dl, and squat like 770 or something.

those are all with full gear.

so why does he expect to list things as 150 hammer curls, 405 shoulder presses, 495 reps in bench, etc.

these maybe some of the most outrageous claims ever.

also, whenever FLEX does a feature about him training, he uses weights no where near to that and branch blows him away.

we have.

remember when he did 405 for a few reps on barbell rows with horrendous form.

Or when he died under 315 lbs for reps in benchpress.

True

Dorian adopted more of an upright rowing technique,  had he performed parallelish rows sorta like Haney, his back wouldve looked even more awesome

eh...no :-\

Dorian Yates revolutionized the way people did barbell rows. By shifting from the "old school" 90 degree rows to a 70 degree row, Yates was able to put the lats in a much stronger position to pull. As well, stress was taken off the lower back and greater poundages were able to be used; thus, the two greatest backs of all time: Dorian Yates and Ronnie Coleman. Haney is a distant third.
