Awe come on Jay - you know I'm just bust'n your chops on here. The X-man is making a smart move by doing the IRONMAN. Other Arnold contenders should take a page from Freeman's book, regardless. It will be great to see what he looks like on stage this year vs. last year at the IRONMAN. Same stage, same lighting - different Toney Freeman fo sho. Peace |

I believe that the "x-man" will win his next Pro-Contest.....
also, interesting to see how some of the european Pros will place (Shelestov, for me top 3 Material,
Saviour, if in shape a final candidate, Seccarecci, "only 26 years old", a big frame, a lot of potential, maybe he need another 2-3 years to show his full potential, but "watch out")
I`m wondering why not more of the Top-Pros (without a olympia-qualification) will be on the ironman-stage, because the Top 5 gets the direct Qualification for the "Big Show in Vegas".

This is me & my wife first time to any show. Any suggestions what to bring to the expo. We want to stay all day. Are you allowed to take camcorders and cameras to the Expo. Are camera's allowed at the finals Sat. night.
Just let me know what I'm getting into!!!!

Cool-I am also going for the 1st time! I did read somewhere to take a good size bag to collect a bunch of free stuff. I am not planning on going to the actual shows, just the Expo. Then at night, going to UFC 68! Can't wait.............

The Expo on Saturday is too crowded. I only go Friday and Sunday. There is a lot less traffic and parking is not as bad. Plus Sunday you get a ton of free shit.
