• Saturday you can barely move in the EXPO - like Mike said. Late in the day Sunday most of the people are exhausted and not as bubbly as on Friday. The best time to go is Friday but a number of the other stars make an appearance on Saturday. Year's past - Wesley Snipes, Arnold and his 15 body guards, Sly Stallone, Shannon Sharpe and many others.
• Pack an empty gym bag in your checked luggage. You'll end up getting so many samples at the expo that you'll easily fill it and check it on the way home.
• Wear comfortable shoes and don't wear a coat. There are so many people in there that you'll be sweating your ass off and you'll be on your feet all day. If you're bringing a camera bring a small one and have your wife put it in her purse.
• You'll see all walks of life at the expo, in the bodybuilder form. Geeks, White Trash, Goth, Rednecks, Ganstahs, Posers,you name it - you'll see it there.

Bring a camera too, there are TONS of fitness chicks and BBers to get pics with. They usually have a booth there too that sells disposable camera for like $10.00. The funniest thign with Wesley was when Ron and I saw him get shut down by a couple of ladies at the end of the night. He left pissed, alone in his limo. He was definitely an arrogant ass, wouldn't take a photo with the promoter of the party. |

This is only a bet, simple as that. If in contests only can win the ones in same position at the past Olympia, what is a contest?
Silly is the one who think everyone must see things like himself.
David Henry probably will not win, but anyway HE CAN DO IT. If you are in love with anybody is your problem. You say Henry was out from 10th and Freeman was 7Th, only for it you say me that? Explain how...

Yes, cameras are allowed in the actual show.
Video taping is not permitted. (although people do it all the time and never get busted).
Isaac gave very good information. This will be the 9th or 10th Arnold for my wife and I. (lost track, I think 98 was our first). The only thing he forgot to mention..... dinner reservations! Particularly if you are fond of steaks........ Mitchells and Mortons fill up pretty fast.
