An appreciation thread: MIKE RICE

So Bluto makes an appreciation thread for DA (What is there to appreciate?!)

Here's a bber who, in my opinion, deserves appreciation: Mike Rice!

Mike won the 05 Georgia Championships, and in 06 he won the Collegiate Nationals and got 6th at the USA, as a superheavyweight.

He is also a very smart and very nice guy. I have spoken to Mike in the past, he was very humble and extremely helpful to me. He gave me some major nutritional advice and was very open and candid. I think I may have even taken advantage of his generosity with his time and knowledge.

I haven't been in touch with Mike for a few months, but I am sure he is getting ready to look great on stage in 07! His physique is inspirational and one I would be happy to attain!

Umm.....good definition but his shape will be the limiting factor to advancement in the sport......Very wide waist/torso and the chest and calves are lacking I think.....Killer Hamstrings though...amazing.

that hamstring is amazing.  the rest is just average to me though.  i bet if he keeps trying he can improve, since it looks like he has something good to work with.

How do you know? You're a customer? Every other comment you make seem to be about homosexuality, I wonder why that is? I THINK I know why that is, not sure you would like to hear it though  ;D

big dude,but everything is just kinda thrown together ,size and good hardness,but all builds can't look alike .
