everybody says he has a great mind and everything but that is said about every new coach

i still dont think a new coach is the answer with my falcons i dont think they should have gotten rid of mora he was doin a great job i think

I really don't know if I like this hire, but he apparently was a coach under Tony Dungy and that alone carries a lot of weight, I'm sure. 

I'm all for seeing a brother get a shot at the highest level of football coaching, but I'm just not convinced he was ready.  That being said, we know that the Steelers have a commitment to excellence and to winning, so it's safe to say that he will be given every opportunity to succeed.

u in the atl rude...and bad decisions in the draft and injuries hurt the falcons. any team that has meltdowns in the second half of the season means that team is plauged with injuries at key spots or too many young guys. BEcaus the coaches didnt get dumber or forget how to coach./

Cowher retires from Steelers, Mike Tomlin appointed HC

Pittsburgh announced Friday that Head Coach Bill Cowher has retired after 15 seasons with the team.

They also announced that Mike Tomlin was hired to fill the Head Coach position.


I've never heard of this guy. :(
