and if i REALLY wanted to...i could prolly duble 315 next week with a belt?(of course my stance would be waaayyy out).but i refuse to use one till i do 350 without it..
405 for 10 for 1 set aint all that far fetched..
and if i end up doing that for 4 in 4 months....well thats the whole point of aiming high right..
i would NEVER EVER make such a claim for quick progress for ANY other bodypart mate..
