n oh here is how it went

walked on the mill for 5 mins

after warmup..

135 * 20
135* 20
185 * 20
185 * 12
225 * 15
225* 8
135 * 8ish..i just stopped at 8..i ws coughing too much .. (been sick and on anti biotics)

did 2 sets..on the leg press..4 plates/side..20 reps a piece..

then 5 sets for abs..and walked out.al wobbly..nothing else..


remember folks..its only my second leg day in years..

my friends wanted me to hit 285 but i didn't..prolly coulda done it for 4....

my abdominal wal is too weak ..and i dont wanna risk injury..

slow n steady does it..

225 for 15 after a 4 yr lay off and at your bodyweight (those two combined) isnt half bad! Good job paki, lets get 235 for 15 next time

today i squatted without a belt..

i NEVEr use wraps..

and i NEVEr use a belt till i go over 350..

i'll keep it short..american dad is about 2 come on

when i started squatting i'd train legs 2ice a week..

1 ws just plain squat day..

the other ws leg say


squat day
after warm up
5 sets regular squats...belt used after i go aboe 350lb

5 sets of pause squats (week A) ..where i hold a position juuust below parallel for 5 seconds...60% of normal squat weight...(REMEMBER as it gets harder...and you start to struggle..DONT turn it into a good morning..get your damn hips under the bar as quick as possible.force em forward if you must)
alternate with
5 sets of bottom partials (week B) in the cage...work the "BELOW PARALLEL" ROM.unrack the weight....bottom out..(stay tight and DONT let your damn knees bear the weight..most of the tension you should feel on your upper quads..STAY ON YOUR HEELS  <--- IMPORTANT) COME BACK TO JUUUST above paralel and then bottom out again..


5 sets of front or hack squats...less weight...work the time under tension here..sloooow it down..


5 sets of HEAVE and i mean HEAVY partials...the point here is to get used to the feeling of that heavy weight..the kind that makes it hard to breath..on your back


then walk the fuck out of the gym..

the second leg day of the week..do all your other stuff

did i mention i aint exactly natty...

and if i REALLY wanted to...i could prolly duble 315 next week with a belt?(of course my stance would be waaayyy out).but i refuse to use one till i do 350 without it..

405 for 10 for 1 set aint all that far fetched..

and if i end up doing that for 4 in 4 months....well thats the whole point of aiming high right..

i would NEVER EVER make such a claim for quick progress for ANY other bodypart mate..

I usually stay at or below 8 reps for squatting. This high rep thing is all lungs! I choose to instead do a backoff high rep set after my heavier sets instead of stickin to high reps for multiple sets myself..

Fvck bodybuilding workouts ;D Dunno what the fucks wrong with shawn, though I can see if he wants to do somethign abt the drug ABUSE and not USE in bodybuilding. Without his drug use, we probably wouldn't even know shawn today  :-\
