any claim of poundage,,,,if done at all,, is done NOT on a regular basis,,in specific cases for specific purposes,,photo shots,,video,,dvd etc
overall we put on the rack two 45 pounder plates each side and usually climb to 4-5-6 a side and that is where we stop,,,also using lots of smith for squats where we can go heavy with no spotters,,
