ask arnold what he thinks about the current olympia physiques compared to the old days. clearly people like levrone and shawn ray had more mass than the older bb'ers but also maintained symmetry so they would eb good names to mention as opposed to the major size freaks of today.

also - wat he thinks would have happened if he just focused on bodybuilding until the early 80''s how he think shis physique would have progressed.

also- about his volume training...does he think the large volume of sets and reps he did could have held his progress back (eg- if he did something more like 9 sets per body part but more intense/ higher weight instead of 30-50 sets per body part....)

Forget his training routine that's been hashed a billion different ways since the 70s. I'd rather hear him speak in depth about bodybuilding. Something he hasn't done in a long time!

Thanks for sending over all those questions for "The Oak" -- As you can imagine, our interview with the Governor has presented more than a few challenges. We made it very clear to the Governor's office that our conversation will focus 100% on BODYBUILDING. Needless to say, its been a long time since he has gone on the air to discuss his favorite topic. We have a limited amount of time, but I can assure you 20-30 minutes of pure bodybuilding dialog with Arnold. -

Well, Dan, if you're gonna have a build-up intro like that for Arnold Schwarzenegger, at least get the facts right. In 1965, yes, Arnold DID win the Jr. Mr. Europe, but to state like you did that one year later (1966) Arnold won his FIRST of 5 Mr. Universe titles??? WRONG!!! Try 1967.

And why would you wanna take us back to his roots of 1969, when he had no job or money, when it was actually 1968??? That's OK... Arnold corrected you.

Get the facts straight before making an intro like that for a BIG STAR!!!

Great interview,

but I believe Bob made a mistake:

At 49:15 of the show, he says that Arnold only lost in his career to Frank Zane and Chet Yorton<sp>,
but he did in fact lose to Sergio Oliva in 1969:
