If I am running a test cycle when should I use nolvadex? I know to take it post cycle, but I heard that it helps reduce water retention during a cycle.  Also how much should I use?

I would start nolva 2 weeks be4 end of cycle and take 20mg/day for 4 weeks...

Will you be including any other pct ?

You can run 20mg a nolva a day for some anti-estrogen purposes and gyno prevention throughout your're whole cycle also.

put pill in mouth, drink water and swallow.  Do this for 4 weeks PCT.  if you sense gyno coming on during cycle be quick to add a 20 per day of Nolva.

bros, while on the subject, I wanna run 1g eth for 12-15 weeks. I wanna start anti-estro from day one, cuz I am prone to all sorts of sides. What would be good compound/dosage to run throughout the cycle?
