although Adam looks better than me for now[granted he has probably been training longer, as well] i expected his forearms would be considerably bigger for someone who deadlifts 450lb+ goes to show, genetics do play a part! that or the camera and combination of strange lighting make them look smaller..anyway

i must say Adam as a natural im suprised you didnt spend more years building up more mass first, instead of bulking and cutting at a lower weight.

More leg mass.  Much more leg mass.  His legs look like mine when I still ran long distance track and cross country back in high school.  Cut and defined, but way too small.
