I get up early, with practically no appetite, so an MRP made the night before is meal #1. I'm too lazy to make it in the morning and try not to wake up the whole house. 3 hours later it's usually 9 egg whites with 1 whole egg, some baked home fries and a toasted English muffin with a little sugarless jelly. Little diners like to see a 7 dollar breakfast check. Or a cup of oatmeal with 1 scoop of muscle milk and 1 scoop of whey, 6 packets of splenda a little cinnamon and coffee to moisten it up. Now Sunday's a little different.
