I just started taking this and was curious if I should be taking more then the recommended dosage?  I have some joint problems ive developed over the years and started lifting about a month ago which has caused some joint pain.  Thanks for any advice.

Talked to a pharmacist who told me its going to take a year or longer for this stuff to really start working and not to bother taking more then the regular dosage.
