when my arms were just under 16" they looked about a quarter that big. i don't see any reason that his couldn't be 18" or a hair over, then give him the remainder by giving him a good pump.

Zack, I do not think you where ever in the condition meso is. I do not know if the original videos are still up. If they are, watch them. There is no way his arms are 19 inches. You relize how large a 19 inch arm is at the bf percentage meso sits at? Yemini looked way bigger then meso and admitted to 17.5 inch arms on the sauce. You think a natty who does not diet seriously is sporting arms almost as big as Arnold and Sergio Olivia?

Meso deleted the vids, so you can not see them now. But, when posted them, it was obvious the claims where false. Nothing wrong with that, but at the time he got offended when people made the obvious call outs. Meso arms may be 18 inches now, but he made these claims over a year ago, when he said they where 19 inches.

Not hating on the kid at all, he has a great physique and looks fantastic. I saw a recent pic of him and he looked large. But to claim a 19 inch arm when he posted those vids was big stretch. That is a big ass arm when you are 5 percent bf, and sub 6 feet.


I also would like to add that I am not trying to bash meso. He looks great, just not 19 inch guns at 5 percent bf natty, great.

Sorry, 18.75" then. No offense to you, but the video's you originally posted showed you to be smaller then you claimed. Maybe it was infact just the video. Again, I think you look great. Very well conditioned, great shape and good size. When you post the new vids maybe the size will be more apparent. I just  had a hard time believing the claims when you first posted the vids. In the vids you did not look to have close to 19 inch arms. Maybe I was wrong.

well like i said i think we're talking an inch difference at the most. i also don't think he's 5% bf legit because that's near contest level conditioning and the odds of him walking around at that level are next to none. so around 18" at 8%? sure that's doable.

Going to have to agree with Davbol on this one.  Everyone on this site should have a picture of themselves under profile.  Otherwise, it ruins the validity of most comments.  There could be 13 year old geeks out there knocking pro physiques.  It's really not a big deal to post picture, I just think most people would commit a self owning by posting one, so they don't.  Not everyone has a good physique, that's just part of life.  Luckily, you can consume as many steroids as your budget will allow.  This at least gives you a shot.  Good luck.

Mindspins arms are 17. 5 inches here. Meso is a natty, mindspin was not. I do not think any of you would say those arms look 17.5 inches if he did not tell you. At the time people "cared" for the same reason people care when people make big claims that are not true. If i came on here claiming to be 230 at 6 percent bf then posted a pic where I looked to weigh 190 I would be called on it. The kid looks great, just justifying my original criticism. very good arms, impossible to tell the size there.  many of us are pretty good at eyeballing arm size within an inch regardless of height, but only when you see the person live and in front of you.  but if i had to guess i'd say they were 18 inches or less

Good for Yemeni. I saw the videos of Meso, and he does not look as good as Yemeni does there. That was my whole point. Meso looks awesome, dont get me wrong. But, claiming you have 19 inch arms when you are like 5 percentt bf, natural,sub 6 foot and have admitted you do not diet, is a stretch. I do not know if people know how big a 18"75 inch arm is on a contest shape sub 6 foot natty who "does not diet".

I think mindspin is a tad humble when he speaks of his physique, Looks pretty damn good to me.

Again, not a knock on meso. But, when he posted the vids, his arms where not a shade under 19 inches. maybe they are that size now, at the time no way.

it's true. dav-bol has 19-20 inch arms and good abs. i thought he was fat when i saw him in a tank top, but he's just holding water and has that thick irish/scottish skin. he's about 10% bf. strong guy with dillett veins. surely dwarfs 99% of this board and would not look small next to most pros.

my two cents. i've been tryin to get valentino to drive the 5 minutes to train with us. if he does i will take a pic to clearly demonstrate 15/20/25 inch arms.
